The Łódź Educational Film Studio's retrospective would not be complete without its contemporary productions. Franciszek Berbeka’s “Indistinct Clatter of Birds” tells the extraordinary story of Włodzimierz Puchalski, a legend of Polish nature documentary. Using unique footage from the WFO archive, the film is a daring tale of boundless love for the natural world and the price the protagonist had to pay for dedicating his life to his passion. The filmmakers will talk with the audience about their work on the film.
