Menus Plaisirs – special screening
We may never be able to visit the celebrated La Maison Troisgros, but thanks to Wiseman's documentary, we will spend nearly four hours leisurely soaking up the atmosphere of this extraordinary place, with its vast array of flavours, colours and smells. In his latest film, the director travels to the French countryside to take an insider's look at the family chef dynasty. In the pastoral region of Ouches, France, the Troisgros family runs a Michelin-starred restaurant dating back to 1930. Like artists, the chefs prepare exquisite dishes that become small works of art. Just this once, on May 19, Kubuś Piekarenka will take us on a culinary journey, creating a special tasting menu inspired by the film. At the sound of a bell during the screening, the viewers will be unwrapping successive treats from a special packet, that perfectly match selected film scenes.
The ticket price for the screening, including the tasting menu, is 100 PLN.
