Author of internationally awarded documentaries: “Mountain Love Story” filmed in Greenland, "Walking Under Water" (for ARTE/ZDF) winner of the Jury Prize at Hot Docs in Canada, "K2. Touch the Sky" (for HBO), premiered at Locarno, one of the most awarded Polish mountain films in the world, filmed in Karakorum, "The Wall of Shadows" (for ARTE/ZDF), a story of extreme Himalayan expedition told entirely from the point of view of Nepalese Sherpas, premiered at Hot Docs - in the main competition and the Polish premiere at Millennium Docs Against Gravity (in the main competition). Winner of 30 international awards, including Best Director from Zürcher Filmpreis. Her new documentary, a true story of Wanda Rutkiewicz "The Last Expedition", polish premiere at MDAG. As a climber she has completed several mountain expeditions, incl. Greenland, Himalayas, Karakorum, Mali, Jordan.
