The objective of the workshop is to enjoy playing football. We will start by talking about the emotions that the game should evoke. Then we will play! The instructors will show you how to pass the ball and shoot. They will also give hints on how to take the ball away from the opponent and organise one-on-one games. Finally, there will also be time for some fun – bowling, shooting drills and a competition for the title of Queen of Penalty Shoots await the participants.
Instructors:
The training will be led by Gaja Jachlewska, Viktoria Heib and Tymon Mikulski. They are young community activists who run the Ich Własna Liga Sports Association. They are promoting the initiative of positive sport among adult women.
